Steeping Methods
Heat water until it reaches 205°F / 96 °C then add 4 grams of guayusa (about 2 spoonful) per 5.5 oz / 162ml of water. Let steep for 5 minutes. Or Boil water with 4 grams of guayusa (about 2 spoonful) per 5.5 oz / 162ml of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Founders Favorite: Add about an inch of Guayusa into a French Press. Add boiling water, let steep until desired darkness. Drink and enjoy. Reuse leaves by adding more boiling water up to 5 times.
